These terms cover your use of soloadmin.my and any digital product you buy from us. By using the site or buying a product, you agree to what is below. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

SoloAdmin is a brand operated by WebMedic Internet Sdn Bhd (201601040346), a Malaysian company. When these terms say “we” or “SoloAdmin,” that is who you are dealing with.

This is the most important section, so read it.
SoloAdmin sells document templates and educational material. We are not a law firm, we are not your lawyer, and buying or using our products does not create an attorney-client relationship. Nothing on this site or in our products is legal advice.
Contract law varies by state and country, and every engagement is different. We do not guarantee that any template is enforceable in your jurisdiction, that it covers your specific situation, or that it will make a client pay you. A contract’s value is largely preventive: it sets expectations, secures a deposit up front, and filters out bad clients before work starts.
For anything high-stakes, unusual, or specific to your situation, have a qualified lawyer in your jurisdiction review the document before you rely on it. You use these templates at your own discretion and risk.
What We Sell
Digital products for solo service providers: plain-English contract templates, onboarding documents, and similar downloadable files (PDF, DOCX, and the like). Delivery is automatic: after you pay through Stripe, a download link is emailed to the address on your receipt, usually within a minute.
If the link does not arrive within 15 minutes, check your spam folder, then email [email protected] and we will resend it.
Your License
When you buy a SoloAdmin product, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use it. That means:
- You can use and adapt the templates for your own freelance business and client work.
- You can edit the brackets, clauses, and wording to fit your service.
- You cannot share, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the files to other people.
- You cannot upload the files to a shared drive, course platform, or torrent.
- You cannot repackage the product as your own template pack or lead magnet.
One buyer, one license. If a teammate needs it, they buy their own copy. We keep prices low for exactly this reason.
Payment and Refunds
All payments are processed by Stripe. We never see your full card details.
If a product does not save you time, reply to your receipt and we will make it right. A 30-day money-back guarantee also applies: email us within 30 days of purchase and we will refund you.
Acceptable Use
Do not do any of the following while using soloadmin.my:
- Scrape the site at high volume or attempt to bypass rate limits.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our worker endpoints.
- Use the newsletter or contact forms to send spam, abuse, or automated traffic.
- Attempt to break, probe, or exploit our checkout or email delivery system.
We block abusive IPs and accounts without notice.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms when products, laws, or infrastructure change. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We prefer to handle disagreements by good-faith email first.
